Borderless Settings not saving

I do play my screen with borderless settings on my window settings, but every time I restart the league client and get into a new match it reverts to "windowed" I always have to go on the settings and choose borderless again, this has been happening for the last patches.

I choose to play with borderless rather than fullscreen because, I only have one monitor and everytime I alt+tab when I'm using fullscreen it takes like 10sec to get back into the game, that wasn't happening before but I guess I will have to blame nvidia on that.

Sometime last year, Windows decided to make permission changes to their system (I am a Windows 10 user). It affects not only League of Legends, but many other games as well. There are two things you should do. First, make sure you do not have League of legends installed into /Program Files or /Program Files (x86). Second, Right click the League of Legends folder, go to the properties tab, then uncheck Read Only. By default the game files are set to Read-only so any changes that are written to the game are unsaved. Microsoft sure does love us PC gamers do they not?

Make it borderless from the settings files then make those files 'Read only'.

I am experiencing the same issue since the last 2-3 client patches. I play in borderless mode too.
