Morgana's ulti is bugged, it's showing ready all the time when alt+clicked on R even if it's in cooldown

Asayake 5150glow2 votesHappened to me as Trist, I hadn't even learned ult yet, (lvl 5), and I was dead, and when I pinged my ult it said it was ready.
