ingame ui bug

So i recently encountered an issue when playing league of legends it doesnt happen all the time but randomly on Death.... where u completely lose ur Ui Occasionally cant cast or see chat.. cant hit escape to bring up the Ui to the escape tab and ive had several people who said they have encountered the same issue or something exactly simular to that ... So if u have had this issue plz Upvote and talk about it and lets hopefully get riot to look into it... ive pinpointed the bug mostly happens on Death then something funky happens even The champion portraits get stuck in the screen
