"Because you recently abandoned a game" Bugged?

I am getting the "because you recently entered a game during champion selection" message with a timer to prevent me from queuing, but this is the first time I've logged in all day and I haven't played any form of ranked in weeks, and my most recent normal game (and queue) was yesterday. I was afraid this could be an indication I was hacked, but my LP has not budged nor is my match history off. It appears to be a random bug with no discernible cause.
