[gameplay] trundle's pillar of ice

so i was playing a game today, went from s2 to bronze 4 so im doing some climbing up at the moment ... and i was having, well my team, was having a fantastic game ... but our teammate trundle was using his pillar to not only block our champs when chasing or running away from enemies ... but he constantly would use it to disrupt our recall ... now i can understand the blocking champs ... its kinda what it does ... but he was literally chasing us across the map disrupting our recall nonstop ... a both literal and figurative "troll" ...

im hoping something can be done about this ... its a severely frustrating thing to deal with ... too much "friendly fire"
