Anivia Perma-Egg

I died as Anivia and my egg did not trigger when I died. Instead, I become permanently an egg. I move around as an egg, and can use all my abilities, just cannot auto-attack. I die and respawn as still an egg. Next time my passive is up, it does proc. When I revive, still an egg. Rito pls
