Hello,

I am looking to create a sister team to a team I've created. I will be in charge of this team until it has a main roster, then I will give the team over to someone on the team who I think is capable. I wish for my team, and this sister team to become Diamond/Challenger level some day, so I am only looking for serious applicants.

Top: Open Jungle: Open Mid: Open Adc: Open Support: Open

I won't be considering either team the 'inferior' one. I want both teams to be equal, and to grow in ranks as equals. Therefore I am using the same requirements for both teams.

Requirements:

Gold 5 - Plat 4 (No one below G5 or above P4 will be accepted, since these are the division differences on the first team) 18+ High Dedication Good knowledge of your role Open to Criticism Preferably East - Central timezones (West coast can work if you're flexible) Open schedule, normally evenings and nights. (I won't be on the team, but I want the schedules to be near identical for scrimming, etc) Looking for people who want to be the best Voice Communication, Skype

Ranked 5's Shotcalling Experience: Not so much shotcalling as much as giving helpful suggestions that usually work out well for everyone if followed (guess that means I'm a backseat driver)

I usually pick up different jungle champs that are currently in the meta. (like Rengar atm) Weaknesses: I am working on getting a larger champion pool but right now there is a drop off in my mechanics after Lee Sin and Kha'Zix Dedication: 9-10 (I have around 900 ranked games this season, I play quite a bit) Would rather not be the team leader I don't have much ranked 5's shotcalling experience, just a little bit when I play ranked 5's casually with my friends I really like sports (whether that's esports or just normal sports in general lol). Why you should pick me: I know I have a lot of room to improve but because I know that I am very open to coaching and working to get better. I am really laid back so I gel in with my teammates well and I am dedicated to the game overall.
