Read health bars

Ok so its not actually red health bars, but when i mouse over to a champion or turret thats taken alot of damage since the last time i looked over, their health bars do the burst damage thing where half its health is red (the damage taken since i saw them last). its not really a big issue but its kinda scary when i mouse over to a malphite whittling down a turret and see him apparently do half the turret health in one auto.
