Teemo's w interrupts affect from Homeguard Boots

If you have Homeguard boots on Teemo when you activate his "w" ability (called Move Quick, I think?) the affect from the Homeguards is removed and replaced only by the speed boost from his ability. I think how this should work is either that you only get Homeguard's affect or you get Homeguard*move quick, but definitely not that you completely lose the affect from the boots.

I think your homeguards isn't working because someone ran into a shroom.

Also if you buy something while dead and someone runs into a shroom (cait yordle trap or nidalee trap) You can not get a refund if you bought the wrong item.
