[IN GAME] Players who smite camps while untargetable will cause the camps to never aggro them.

If a player smites a camp in the jungle while intargetable, say Fizz's E or Master Yi's Q, the camp will not aggro them and will continuously regenerate health.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Launch League of Legends.
2. Enter into a match with either Fizz or Yi as your selected champion.
3. Acquire Fizz's Playful/Trickster or Master Yi's Alpha Strike.
4. Use the acquired ability on a jungle camp.
5. While your champion is untargetable, smite the camp.

Result: The camp does not aggro you and will remain in it's unaggro'd state until you cease all damage, all of the camps health is regenerated, and you restart the camp.

Expected Result: The camp aggros the champion.

Reproduction Rate: 7/10.

Notes: Repro rate is 7/10 because it took a few tries to get the timing right on Yi, but it seems to happen consistently enough on Fizz for testing.
