Client lag when accepting match/champion select. Client timing out. Has been for 3 days now. HELP!

I literally can not play. I can not accept matches because it will not pop up. When I cancel to reset the queue timer it shows me I missed the window to accept. Then If I manage to get through, the champion select timers time out and I miss the chance to select a champion.

My internet is functioning perfectly. It is something with the client or idk but every other game I have runs fine. Please help!
