Game isn't launching after champ select

What it says on the tin. The game isn't launching after champion select, just going to the "game still in progress" screen and staying there. It happened before a few days ago, my team remade, I lost LP for it, but after running the Hextech repair too and forcing the game to repatch, it seemed to resolve itself.

Right now I'm stuck "in" a ranked match that my team doesn't appear to have remade. I tried closing out, I tried running the repair tool and forcing a repatch, nothing's fixing it. The game was working fine for the three matches I just played before this. I'm already beyond pissed about the LP I'm about to lose for this shit (and the LP I already _have _lost for this shit) when it's entirely not my fault, but I already know I'm not gonna get that given back so it's whatever I guess. Is there any way to fix this? The game just isn't launching at all, it's not even like I'm just getting disconnected while loading in. There is no load-in.
