Friend got Low Priority Queue for 20 min because of this.

Riot please. My friend couldn't rejoin the game and so got low priority queue because they had to redownload the damn launcher. Any ideas?

They got low priority queue for missing just one game? I think that your friend probably has done other things in the past to get that punishment, but how did the Evelynn file go missing is my main question.

Does he use custom skins? This was a problem I ran into very frequently after patches when I used to use custom skins.
