League Of Legends won't even load the intermission before game..

So, I just got this error message this morning as the champion loading screen had started that my firewall was blocking access. I tried to reload my game 5 times, just had this "The game has crashed. Please try to reconnect to the game." When I try, it is only a black screen where I can't do anything at all after waiting for 5 minutes. When I Ctrl+Esc from the game, it says that my firewall might have blocked it, with "Retry" as an option. I click that, a black screen covering the top left of my screen, and the same message keeps appearing. I reset my game, same thing. Reset my system, same thing. Uninstalled and Re-installed, same thing. Can someone help?
