my ping is up from the usual 85 to 165+ every game. It's almost unplayable and pingtest.net shows no packet loss on my side.

Does it matter if they are being ddosed or simply having issues? Perhaps they simply do not want to give the ddossers any sort of recognition, or perhaps the issues are fully on their end.
