So I tried to buy pool party taric as a gift to a friend, but I accidently bought it for myself, and then for him... . I allready have used all the refound tokens on CHAMPION refounds... its stupid that its the same tokens for skins and for champs... Can you please please please refound me the money? it was ment as a late christmas present. Im up to do checks and other rudimentary stuff just to get the rp back, since it cost me a lot.
Not to be rude but Riot refuse to give 1 refund every year and they are being money greedy lately so I highly doubt they will refund you..
Nope, your fault, I tried asking support for a refund on a skin that I got. If you don't have your tokens, it's bye bye. That's why I'm mad at their 10 year old policy. Needs to be changed. Check what's the best post on boards, to get refund tokens. People are screaming at riot to get them, they won't give them.
P.S. You might have a chance, if you didn't play with the skin. Worth trying, go make a ticket.
