[Game(I guess?] Zhonyas w/ no cool down on it

Was playing a game today on team builder, and there was an Annie who as soon as she had Zhonyas, could spam it, as often as she like, at one point she used it three times and nearly aced us, and her or our Bard wasnt near her or had used their ultimate on her.
