[Gameplay] FPS in the toilet

I avg around 85-90 ping, and my fps is always at 60 because i run everything in very low so I dont have fps lag and what not, but my ping is fine and now the last few days I've noticed that i keep getting fps spikes that cause my fps to drop below 15 half the time. Is this an issue for other people too?
