Blitzcrank Ghost Hook! [Gameplay]
So I think with this new buff to Blitzcrank's Q range, they forgot to buff the actual hitbox range? In the links it shows you should be perfectly able to hit blue buff from river with the new Q but when in testing you cant hit it even though the visual on the hook shows its connecting blatantly, this was also tested on dummies to make sure.

Ok but seriously its not hard to reproduce, I did this in the Practice tool within 5 minutes trying to practice the new way to hook blue from river.
The first video is the PBE showing the changes as intended. The 2 links after are recordings of me trying to test the new hook on live from the same location, then on a dummy to double check. This was tested with multiple skins as well to make sure it was not skin specific and was used on: Boom Boom, iBlitz, Piltover Customs, Classic and Riot Blitz.
