[Gameplay] Bugs since recent patch in ranked queues

Hey guys, I've noticed when I play ranked queues since the new update there have been 1 minor and 1 major bug that I have noticed within the game.

The major bug is that even without vision, baron and dragon timers are given to the team who does not get it. This is a major gameplay issue, especially in ranked queues. The gangplank voice over also tells you when it has occurred without vision.

The second and more minor bug I have noticed is that in ranked queues, it will no longer display ping while in game.
