[Gameplay] Cursor changes position when I ping anything next to any edge of the screen

When I use ALT+click ping close to any edge of the screen, the cursor jumps towards the center of the screen. This makes pinging your mana, gold and some stats quite awkward.

This has been happening to me for a very long time, I was just to lazy to report a bug.
