[GAMEPLAY] Pyke - Releasing Q does not throw hook (intermittent)

Very occasionally (around 1 in 20 hooks), Pyke continues his hook charging animation after Q is released. The charging animation ends without a hook being thrown as if Q was held down the entire time.
