Freeze in Champion Select [CLIENT]

Sometimes during champion select, the screen will appear to partially freeze. The timer continues until it hits zero but it stays at zero and it seems as if the player selecting a champion has not selected one. However I'm not returned to the lobby and everything just stays the same on the screen with the timer at zero. I can pull up the champion pool and everything but it never indicates when it's my turn to pick my champion nor does the button appear allowing me to lock in. This results in a time penalty issued after the game unfreezes and I'm sent back to the lobby. This is a pretty common problem that happens to me every now and then but it just happened twice in a row, resulting in a 30 minute restriction from playing. It's upsetting to have to wait that long because of a glitch and I'm especially worried that it will affect my honor.
