After the champ select, only the client appeared with the text reconnect, im tried severed times but it was in vain and it wasnt my internet the problem there, i was running the browsers in alt tab. Now looks like it works,but now i got a penalty for 5 games....

I have had the same problem 4 times in 2 days. Penalty for 5 times 20 min. I reinstalled the client twice now. And no support from riot, only penalties...
