Is This Just Me?

I don't know if this is just happening to me (because I have a toaster as a computer), or maybe to others but when I load up into Champ Select/Ban Phase I will sometimes run into a glitch in which that my Runes, Masteries, Summoner Spells, and Champions will not appear. I cant bring anything back to view, so the only way to fix it is to dodge and hope it doesn't happen again. If this has happened to anyone else, let me know, my friends think its just me and not the client. thanks <3.

P.S. Its a very rare thing to happen but its highly annoying when you get a really good pick position and you have to dodge.
