UNCHAINED ALISTAR SKIN
How do I get the UNchained Alistar skin? One of my friends got it but when I try it says that there's an error to send it to your account try again later"what do i do?

This is a known problem if you send a support ticket asking for unchained Alistar they should give it to you no problem
The same thing happened to me. It says there's a problem with my account, please try again later, i have tried once every few months for the last 2 years, and it hasn't worked. what is the email to contact them?
I had an error getting all three promotional skins on both my first account and the account I created ( this one ) when I decided to start playing LoL again. I ultimately wound up sending a ticket to support ( see the menu bar at the top of the page ) and they unlocked Alistar, Garen, Tristana and their promotional skins for me.
If you want the skins but don't know where to get them I'll fill you in. Alistar and his Unchained skin can be found on the LoL YouTube page. You can unlock Garen and his Dreadknight skin by following League on Twitter. Tristana and her Riot Girl skin can be unlocked by following LoL on Facebook.
