I couldn't talk during champ select the game is still trying to connect me to chat service . rito plz help

imo Voice chat should already be available to LoL players in game.

Are you hosting any web services (IIS, Apache, etc)? On my developer machine, I had WAMP running and shutting it off fixed this issue for me (I think).
