I think the store is broken...

It all started when I opened the Pvp.Client. I just bought an rp gift card, and I was trying to transfer it into my account. When I clicked on the "Codes" or "Purchase RP" it said that my session had expired. The only thing I can access now is the "Featured" part. From the "Featured", I can go to the 5th (or 4th) slide to look at all the champs I can buy, but even if i can buy them, when I click on the buy button, it opens a new window that's blank. How can I fix this?
