Didn't get champion mastery 7 token after receiving S+?

I was playing 6 v 6 Twisted Treeline and got an S+ on Lee Sin but I did not get my champion mastery 7 token. Do I not get mastery seven tokens on rotating game modes? I was able to get to champion mastery 6 by playing the Ascension game mode.

Champ Mastery 6 and 7 is disabled on RGM queue. Sorry.

It may have been enabled in the past, but getting the mastery 6/7 tokens is currently not possible on non-SR game modes.
