Hard CC Animation Bug

Whenever I am Hard CC'ed and I try to move even thought its pointless, My champ moves but rubber bands back into place. It trips me up a lot thinking I am no longer CC'ed and I waste skill shots on enemies that on my screen were in range for a moment. Its just an annoying bug i would like to see fixed.

I've seen this a LOT. And then there's Lux's Q, that stutters in every skin she's got now, despite people's claims that it was intentional in her Battle Academia skin.

turn off movement prediction.
