Taric Empowered AA Animation Issue

I was testing random stuff on Taric in the Practice Tool and I noticed that Taric's empowered AA's dont go faster than a regular 1.45 AA. This seems to be because the animation doesnt go as fast as it should. So a regular 2.5 AA on Taric is MUCH faster than a 2.5 empowered AA. Can something be done about this?
