(LOADING) Skins once again not saving....

Primarily in team builder, but also in other games, skins are not saving properly so I'm unable to use and enjoy the skins I paid for....

This bug is somewhat well known but I didn't see any postings about it, frankly its a disgusting and annoying bug to have and defeats the purpose of using your store when 50-75% of the time the skins I bought do not save, it is in a way a denial of the service you are supposed to provide and I'm wondering why everyones silent about it.
