GAMEBREAKING BUG morgana shield not blocking quinn blind

This has been known since the Quinn rework gave her her nearsight, and considering Morgana has gotten a rework since then I think it's safe to say at this point that Riot intends that interaction to exist. To my knowledge it doesn't block other nearsights either.
