[GAMEPLAY] Zz'rot Portal still bugged

In my last game (Cho'Gath) I was blue side. I placed a portal directly below the enemy red top inner turret. (not top inhib turret).

The Zz'rot spawn ran towards the middle lane but obviously died way before they got there.

Also, the description says nothing about them constantly losing health before dying over a period of ~4 sec regardless of combat. So please either update t he item description or change this constant health loss. As it stands now, the portal has to be placed basically beside the sieged turret otherwise the spawn don't have time to reach it before dying.

Just read the notes on why it was removed before and apparently it was due to another separate bug. The bug I am reporting now has been reported multiple times with videos and pictures - yet none of the threads have recieved acknowledgment. The health decay is meant to be in; otherwise you could place the portal far away and get free lane and turret pushing minions in addition to the normal minions without having to actually defend the portal. The health decay forces it to be placed closer, which means it has to be defended instead of being out of reach from how far it is.

Then there should be something in the description signifying that this is the case.
