Kog Maw's Ult

I noticed when I was doing I aram as I was playing as Kog'Maw, that when you have stacked up your ult and then die before it refreshes, when you respawn, your next ult is going to cost whatever it was before you died, and it won't refresh until after you cast it at least once.
