No EXP awarded.

After winning a game at 35 minutes due to enemy surrendering, I got no exp. someone in chat said they didn't either. No remakes or anything. However, they did have an ezreal that dc'd. I know for a fact that I didnt get exp cause not only did it say plus 0 exp. I was also one game from level up and I didnt level up. Someone said we didn't get exp because of the surrender but thats not how league works is it? It was a 35:02 minute game.. Utter bs. I want my level up crate.
