Champion select is a black screen for 10 seconds before it pops up normally.
Having this issue with ranked champ select at the moment.

Your not the only one , its happening to me too but for me it also happens for normals and the rotating queue
Its pretty much happening to everyone, or atleast all of my friends, and a handful on the boards. Rito knows, but ya know, it will take them 3 patches to figure it out.
