PATCHER STUCK AT 0% SCANNING ALOT OF FILES ALREADY

This usually happens whenever the patcher gets stuck at 33% or 99%. But it's the first time I've had it stuck at 0% while scanning a lot of files, unfortunately I'll have to wait a painful 4 hours to see the Orange PLAY button. But if it doesn't show up and that it keeps scanning files, I'll have to uninstall League and reinstall it again whilst... Never mind the PLAY button showed up whilst I was typing this. FUCK KARMA but I'm still posting this because if this situation happens again I'll know what to do thanks to your opinions and comments.
