Ekko Gameplay Bug

Ekko can kill himself on twisted treeline(only tested there, may work elsewhere)

1. Get to around 200 health, this was the tested value
2. Try to E an inhibitor, had lich bane, didn't test without.
3. Die

We got this to work twice in a row, but the third time it did not.
