Warlord's Bloodlust not activating!

Playing Tryndamere today in a nomals I had the Warlord's Bloodlust Keystone selected, but when I got into game, it wasn't activating on crits. I went into several custom games to try and figure out what the issue was, but it wasn't working, nor was it a visual bug for me as I had a friend there to verify. I'd like to get some feedback on this issue asap, as I used it before and it worked perfectly fine. For crit based champions, not having Warlord's Bloodlust activate could be a very big issue. While Tryndamere can obviously go Fervor of Battle as a replacement keystone, champions like Yasuo who almost rely on it as a mastery should not be forced to waste a very valuable mastery point.
