Jayce DDos

This has been a noticeable issue for quite some time, but for some reason the problem is still occurring. When transforming from ranged to mele form as Jayce, my screen -and sometimes others- will freeze and not show any movement for up to 1 second. This not only impacts my gameplay, but my friends who have to play with someone who can potentially throw their entire game because of a minor bug.
