Cant get past launch screen to Login

Tried to log in about 5 minutes ago (and have kept trying since) but i cant seem to get past the launch screen to even get to the login screen... is this happening to anyone else or is something wrong on my end.

the launch button is orange and ready but i click it it turns gray then after 2 seconds back to orange. like its stuck or something
