Help screen reso

my Ranked score I Tried to play 2 Ranked games one today (Jan. 12th) and one yesterday (11th) both times I got no support in full screen mode and I tried the suggestion of pressing alt+enter like it said but it didn't work and I tried turning off my computer and tried again same thing. I tried what the Rioter told me to do and it worked fine in custom game in windowed mode then i went to ranked and played and i got to about 5 minutes in and then it crashed on me and I couldn't rejoin, now I log back in and see I am in low priority Que.

I have read about other people who have had the same issue and its not cool, I do not want to have to wait 5 minutes before i get to play just because it was your system that was buggy.

Please get back to me ASAP, and if you cant change it then explain why at least
