NCS not allowing chroma picks

I just bought a new chroma for dread knight nasus ( Previously owned skin ) and the NCS wouldnt allow me to select the chromas. Is this a known bug or is there something else going on?

Would you happen to have a screenshot? You should be able to select chromas in the new champion select, as that bug was fixed in 6.2.
