Failed to create dump file (Error 183)

So i've had this error for a few weeks now. It happens every time I launch the client (so whenever the login screen pops up). It never did anything (Or anything I could notice) so I never really bothered to report it before. However, with the new client auto-update aproaching, I figured I might ask around to see if there was a way to fix this in case this would cause trouble when the client would update itself (I'm still using the old client). Come to think of it, this bug started happening around the same time "Paint" stopped letting me save pictures. Not sure if this has anything to do... I google'd it but the only answers I found were on the old boards and the user would say it prevented him from playing league (which is not my case). There anything to be done? Can try to provide more details if needed.
