Visual Bug. Boxes or something?

Hey, so I recently did a full computer reset and downloaded league of legends just before the Aurelion Sol release. I got on today to play and there seems to be some weird box visual glitch around most abilities and such. Examples of what I see:

1. When smiting something, the smite appears with a transparent box around it.
2. When teleporting to a minion, there is a box that appears on the minion.
3. Azir's soldiers have really weird boxes around them during auto attacks.
4. When Twisted Fate uses "Wild Cards(Q)", his cards have a sharp white square around them with a trail of littles ones that follow.
5. When killing a Champion, sometimes I would see a box appear on them as their dying animation plays.
6. Some times when auto attacking with a ranged champion, the auto attack has a little tiny box around it.

(This is _not _the blue box bug where you have to change the Color=16 to Color=32)

These don't really affect the gameplay, but are quite annoying and distracting as well as really ugly. Does anybody know why this is happening and how I could fix this? Thanks!
