Azir is still bugged

After playing a game as Azir, I noticed he is still very buggy to play. Specifically his Shifting Sands and how it interacts with the mouse and his minions. If you have your mouse out of range of the ability when you click the spell, you instead issue movement commands. This is a guaranteed reproduction.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in as Azir, reach level 2. Learn shifting sands.
  2. Place a soldier.
  3. Move mouse out of range of shifting sands.
  4. Use shifting sands.
  5. You will see your command is registered as a movement command.

Other bugs I noticed while playing Azir but have yet to reproduce are: Azir occasionally would jump to the spawn point of a soldier if he tried to W, Q, E in quick succession. As well, occasionally after dashing to a minion, Azir would not register movement commands for a short duration. These bugs are all glaring flaws in his ability to produce the ideal play of his kit, and make him unable to perform his survival get-away ability. Beyond this, I also would like to ask if it was intended to make it so Azir's soldiers could no longer attack while he was in Zhonya's Hourglass.

I agree, the damn bird is bugged as hell. Shifting sands only works when the timer for the second soldier is up or if you wait 1/2 the timer before attempting to immediately use shifting sands. Also, Q range is not accurate and does not register properly; sometimes azir will simply walk forward and not cast q after reaching a soldier's range. <- This killed me many times Azir's Ultimate sometimes fails to engage or it simply does not work altogether; I have cast it several times mid battle to watch my opponent kill me and walk right past me when I very explicitly click, point, and cast Emperor's divide but nothing happens. In ALL of these instances the "unavailable" spell sound is played when in reality there is no Cooldown or cast timer on the ability. At any rate, playing azir is very rewarding, but the bugs make the games extremely frustrating Azir

Here's a video for the bug. Not sure if it's intended or not since it happens when you try to E out of range but seeing as how the ability is smart cast only unless you click on E and the fact that even if you aim your cursor behind you when there's only one sand soldier in front of you you'll still dash to it, I'm leaning towards it being a bug.

This is normal, when thou is in Zhonya's Hourglass azir may not give order to the soldier it is normal that the soldiers of azir attack not
