rune page bug :(

So i tried buying the last 5 scaling magic resist glyphs from the shop (tier 3 btw), i had 1600 ip when i tried to buy them. When i bought 5 of them, I caught it at the corner of my eye but i clicked it off kind of fast but it said there was an error making my purchase or it said i didnt have enough ip or rp, but my ip still got taken away when i bought them. So i went to my rune pages thinking nothing of it only to see i still had 4 runes in there. i restarted my client and nothing happened, i spent my ip and still no runes. I also had an error screen after a ranked match a few minutes before this happened so im pretty sure its just the client, but im just making sure. Anything i can do or is the client just buggy right now? thanks ;3
