Champ select bug. CANT GET INTO GAME

I went into a ranked game with my friends and once we all had selected our champs and time finished counting down... the game didn't start. We are still able to type in the chat. People even tried to dodge but it didn't change anything sadly. Lastly of my 3/5 people in this game are in promos. Please fix this.... I'd appreciate it if you can. Thank you!
