Client update bug: Can't update PBE. Fixed.

The link above includes the entire window of the updater, both before and after. It will flicker onto and off of the network error screen. My network is functioning fine, and everything but the updater is running perfectly. Every time this happens, it resets my progress. This is entirely stopping me from updating.

I believe that reinstalling the PBE will not fix this, as I have tried that before. I have successfully updated before, but I cannot recall how.

How to recreate: 1: Open PBE. 2: Update. 3: Encounter error.

I believe the problem would be alleviated by the ability to throttle the download, but that does not appear to be an available solution.

Edit: I have finally gotten it to work, uncertain as to how, but another error has surfaced with inaccurate (or broken) update numbers. I will still post this so that anyone else encountering a similar problem might find the solution.
